“I booked this last minute due to a two day flight delay and what a treat. The staff are super friendly and attentive. The place itself made us feel spoiled. They offer free rides on scooters if you want to go anywhere. Afternoon tea with homemade chocolate treats. Highly recommend!”

“Clean and nice hotel. About twenty minutes from Kuta beach. You have everything g you need for a quiet stay at the hotel. Beach pool volleyball and the rooms are clean and quiet ! It does take about 45 minutes to airport and the road is a little off the beaten path but you will love it once you’re there ”

“Lorenzo and the team at the villa were welcoming, friendly and attentive, giving us amazing food and day trip recommendations. The villa itself was impeccably decorated and appointed. Clean, elegant and modern and the pool was just glorious. Lorenzo ensured we had access to the nearby gym which was absolutely purely beautiful and he even booked us a restaurant under his recommendation- so charming and kind! “This is my second time staying here. Last time, I stayed with my husband, and this time, I stayed with my younger brother and his wife. Villa Luna is a wonderful place to relax. It's very convenient to be able to walk to the town. Above all, the manager and staff are very kind and polite. The noise from the bar next door is bad, but it doesn't seem to be every day. This is not the villa's fault. Staff provided earplugs in the bedroom. If I visit Lombok again, I would definitely like to stay at……

Great location and would normally be okay

"Was ok until the unfortunate passengers who’d been rerouted from Bali all descended on our hotel. The hotel was just not capable of dealing with such demand and traffic so service was incredibly slow and disorganised. They ran out of food and they ran out of alcohol."
