Great location and would normally be okay
"Was ok until the unfortunate passengers who’d been rerouted from Bali all descended on our hotel. The hotel was just not capable of dealing with such demand and traffic so service was incredibly slow and disorganised. They ran out of food and they ran out of alcohol."

不值得再次入住
"上次入住，清潔度完全不行，電話上面有鼻涕，廁所沒有打掃乾淨，噁心到極點，反應後，也沒有任何人處理 本來決定不會再入住，但是家人是Novotel 支持者，選擇再給一次機會 所以這次訂的是家庭兩房，一進入房間就是惡臭味，經理到達現場後，幫我們換了新房間。 換了之後，變成新房間有潮濕味，已經懶得反映了。"

"I loved the view of Kuta beach absolutely stunning. Also enjoyed the prayers and chants coming from the mosques. The employees were made you feel welcome and always ready to help you. The room was perfect! Very clean with daily maid service. There’s a restaurant on the property and room service available. ..."

"The hotel itself was beautiful but unfortunately the immediate area around the hotel is not - and had lots of building works going on - also not having a bar or restaurant or communal area on site is a negative - staff were lovely and helpful and as I said the hotel was lovely too"
