“We look for unique places to stay and this was unique staying in a near 150 year old school house. The building is a 2 story and bedrooms are upstairs. There is a 1/2 bath down and full bath up. Chet the owner met us at the car upon arrival and explained things. He is friendly and helpful. The exterior and interior are both in good condition. The LR ceiling has not been drywalled like the remainder of the unit but there is a sign stating that renovations are in progress. I gave a 5 star review……

“The property was perfect for our family weekend celebrating our daughter’s graduation from college. The parking was a little unnerving at first because we weren’t sure if there was enough room but we fit two cars fine in front and our oversized SUV down below. Communication with Lenor and Tom was fantastic and they answered right away with any questions we had. We will definitely refer anyone looking for a quiet retreat to stay there.
