“Loved everything about this lodge! All the comforts of home and then some! The peaceful location was a nice reset for all of us. My daughter and I enjoyed each of the little windowed reading books and we had awesome family game nights on the screened-in back deck. The fire pit saw some s’mores on a “chilly” night as well! A family of 6 found it easy to retreat to a quiet space in the cabin. Jan is a fantastic host - always quick to respond if I had any questions.”

“I will be re-booking fromboth hosts Allyn and Mike in the future anytime I’m in this area. As hosts, communication was clear, timely and helpful when I initially had issues w the VRBO app, Allyn hopped on to help make sure it got situated. Check in process was a breeze, the house itself is as beautiful as the pictures. Bonus points because it included baby proofing items, and a high chair. A family member left some items by accident and before she realized where it was, Allyn had already reached……

“Nice rental inside the country club with access to recreational areas of the club. Great host, prompt responses and instructions. John also helped with shipping my keys I had left behind at the property during checkout. Property is as shown in the photos. Kitchen is adequately equipped.Patio in the back is big and very relaxing. Great view of the lake from front porch and upstairs bedroom. Overall a great experience and host. Would love to come back.”

“Stayed at this wonderful house right on the Lake and in the Country Club. Fantastic area to be and so very relaxing. House is perfect for families to stay and unwind . Close to golf and resorts . Quite a few stairs to water , but they have benches along the path for people to rest and take in the views. Fun time was had by all.”

“Pictures and description make it sound like there is a lake view (There isn’t any) it should be added to listing that there is no lake access from property.”

“This lovely property checks all the boxes for a large family gathering. With tons of square footage, a well appointed kitchen and a huge deck with a firepit table, it is a rare find. “This was our second stay, so I guess we must like it. Seems like they improved the shower since last time, so that was nice. TV was a little difficult to get up and running but we eventually managed. Only other (very minor) thing would be to flip the hinges on the refrigerator door so it opens on the other side. Everything else was just fine!”

“Stay was beautiful and the space was as listed. It does get cold- so managing all the space heaters in different rooms required some coordination. Manager was communicative and kind. The only challenge while traveling with elders with limited mobility was the stairs in front of the house- we took it easy on those. ”
