The amount we paid was more than double the advertised price, yet we were still asked to perform a laundry list of cleaning tasks before exiting the unit (vacuuming, folding blankets, emptying and taking out gargage, etc.). I realize there is likely a management fee, but most VRBO properties do not require anything more than making sure doors and windows are secure, sink is clear, thermostats set at certain temps, etc. The property is also in……

“Stayed in the winter, place got a bit cold (it does not have central heat). Wasn’t a lighter or enough firewood for our stay but the host brought a lighter and more wood. Beautiful pond in the back and the location is good, with easy access to the highway. Neighbors were close by, we were asked to turn off the outdoor light because it was shining into their house. Cottage was clean. There are security cameras outside. Overall it is a cozy place to stay in a good area. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house. We had great views of the lake and the kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean and nicely decorated. Thank you for the incredible stay and we will be staying again!”

“The tiny houses were cute and well equipped. They were ideal for 2 friends traveling together having their own space. I would definitely rent this property again. Only negative was having 3 empty propane tanks when we wanted to use the fire table(something to be added to the maintenance checklust) however once i text them they dropped a fresh tank off that same evening.”
