“This is a great property. As advertised. House has everything you need and the hosts were friendly and easy to work with. Even though it’s a shared property, we felt comfortable to walk the grounds and use the pool with plenty of privacy. The location is amazingly serene and close enough to town. Beds were comfortable! This area is rough for WiFi and cell service. Check in/out process was simple. The house was ready for us with the ac turned on.”

“The property wasn't very pet friendly. Just gravel outside the house. The ad made it sound like there were woods you could walk into. There was a drop off with a fence. Nothing to pick up the dog poop with. We had to go buy a small shovel. The house was cold unless we kept all of the little heaters on. The one bedroom is up wooden stairs. It was ok, but i probably would stay somewhere else next time.O”

“Great proximity to all the best spots in wine country! The place was comfortable, clean and convenient. Our only two downsides were that the sprinklers always seemed to be going off whenever we were outside on the patio and the gun club that is nearby starts shooting at 8am and that noise is constant. Otherwise a great homebase spot for doing tastings.”

“This property has a great location and with easy access to local businesses. We stayed here while visiting relatives in the area and there was plenty of room for family visits and relaxing. The outdoor space looks like a small retreat although we came in winter and didn’t spend much time out there. Would recommend to others traveling to the area. ”

“Location was convenient for the places I needed to go. The neighborhood seemed quiet. The neighbors in the adjoining duplex/group home were quiet, no problems at all. Parking was off street. I did have some security concerns about the property- window that could not be secured. Host is now aware. Furniture was adequate, not overly comfortable. The host was responsive, arranged to have more toilet paper and paper towels delivered when we got low on supplies. ”
