“We brought a group of 12 teens for an event in Birmingham. It was great to have seperate floors for the girls and boys. They all said their beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for preparing our own meals (Walmart delivery available!) The neighborhood was great and a perfect distance from the event in Birmingham. The thermostat for AC and for heat both worked great (drastic weather change while we were there). We would love to stay here again. ”

“It was a small house but very comfortable.Had all the necessary items in the house for my weekly stay. Enjoyed the shower.My only criticism would be to have slightly better beds. The beds were platform beds and a little hard probably could use better mattresses.Other than that, I would definitely stay there again.”

“Our stay here was exceptional! This property was in a prime location. The house itself was beautiful. Very spacious and the decor was awesome. If you are looking to enjoy your stay with no worries, this is the place. Carlos was very easy to connect with. I plan on staying here on my next trip! ”

“We loved the house - it was very clean and open and had been recently renovated. We spent most of our time down at the dock, the fire pit, the driving range. The little cove that the house sits on was ideal for our family to just laze around in the lake without the fear of boats zipping up and down. Kids were able to fish and at night the fire pit was perfect. Truly enjoyed our stay.”

“Everything was great, no issues. Owner was amazing, location was quiet other than trains a couple times of day, but noise added to nostalgia of homes location and decor. So much detail to give guest a bit of Nostalgia of years past.. Bedrooms were spacious with many sleeping options. Kitchen was well stocked and towels and bedding were all fresh, clean and crisp.”

“Very convenient location for parents weekend. Close drive to everything, and far enough from all the congestion. Very easy to communicate with the property manager, and helpful with any needs. Would recommend for gameday, parents weekend, etc. ”

“The Relaxing Retreat treated us great this weekend! All the amenities as quick communication made everything so perfect! Will renting again in the future!!”

“We were attending our daughter’s graduation at University of Alabama and needed a comfortable, clean home in a quiet neighborhood. This was the perfect place! Very nice and great location to get to the University or to groceries and restaurants. Very impressed with the host- we had a storm that knocked out the internet and before I could text him, Tanner contacted me to let me know that they knew of the outage and when it would be fixed, then followed up later to make sure it was working……

“My husband and I stayed here while visiting our daughter for the weekend, and it was so much better than a hotel! It was nice to be able to spread out and have our own kitchen. This condo is in a great location with easy access to the university and 2 designated parking spots. The host, Maggie, was extremely helpful and responded immediately when I contacted her regarding a small issue. We would definitely stay here again!”
