The building is relatively old and wood structured, so noise can be easily heard from other rooms, especially if you’re on the lower leves, which makes it not very pleasant to sleep well! The room is quite clean though

The room we stayed in was amazing, the staff were super friendly and always helpful, the free breakfast was always well stocked and very clean, the hottub was hot and the location was perfect. They exceeded our expectations - this is definitely our must-stay while in Kelowna! 5+/5!!

You are right by the highway so get a bit of the noise from all the traffic. Easy to walk to a lot of different resturants, parking a breeze. Staff was great - told us to visit the Kangaroo farm & we did, one of the highlights of our trip.

It was our second time staying at this hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. A great budget friendly place to stay in Kelowna.

Great hotel for the price. Free parking on site, the room was clean with fresh white towels and bed linen. Yes, the furniture is a bit old, and so is the building, but it’s clear that the rooms are well-maintained and being updated. The breakfast is simple, but quite decent by North American standards. If you don’t feel like spending $350–400 per night, this is a great option.

Very tidy and clean, this is a decent motel though we don’t recommend room 100 next to the breakfast room as the tv came on in there at 2:30 am very loud and woke us up! The staff were quick to correct this after calling the front desk.
