I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay left a lot to be desired. First off, housekeeping was not offered every day, which meant dirty floors, dirty toilets, and overflowing bins became the norm. Towels ran out halfway through our stay, and getting replacements felt like pulling teeth.
The room itself wasn’t well-maintained floors were visibly unclean from the moment we arrived, and it didn’t improve over time. For the price we paid, I expected at least basic cleanliness and daily service.
To top it off, the hotel charges extra for car parking. That might be acceptable in a downtown luxury hotel, but this place is far from that. Most hotels offer free parking as a courtesy, so this felt like an unnecessary cash grab.
One thing was extra ordinary, the breakfast was awesome, excellent choices, with hot breakfast.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless they seriously rethink their standards and guest experience.
