Couldn’t check in until 2 hours after check in. Communication wasn’t the best. Wasn’t clean as bathroom had hair. Bed only had a sheet over mattress very thin. Walls had large cracks. Almost sure someone came into the property our first morning at 830. Very loud and a shoe against the door had been moved. Second morning the smoke alarms were beeping at 5am. Would not stay again. Asked for a refund. We left early after just 2 days of the four booked. Didn’t feel safe.

Great location and suite

Very nice and clean condo in a convenient / walkable downtown location. Suite was very nice but lacked a few things that would have lowered the overall score by 1/2 point. No iron or ironing board and very minimal dishes, cutlery and towels. Otherwise, it was as advertised and we would happily stay there again. Emails were responded to by owner promptly, with all necessary details for check in.

Great location! Everything you need within a short walk. Very small condo but enough room for the two of us. Not a King bed as perhaps indicated (barely a Queen). Bang for your buck a good spot. Again the location is what this property is all about.

We enjoyed the convenience of location. A short walk to our destinations. The Rental had everything we required. We had a little trouble at check in and with the fob but being seniors we just laughed it off...all good

Great location

The location of the property was perfect for accessing downtown Kelowna. The kitchen was well supplied for making simple meals and the patio off the living area was comfortable. The cover photo is of the public rooftop space which was unfortunately inaccessible this time of year.

The property is nothing fancy but just fine for a few nights in Kelowna. The photos of the property are somewhat misleading. The terrace/patio photo is not in the unit but might be on the rooftop (it was cold and we weren't that curious). The kitchen photo with the island and the lovely view is also not part of the unit. I was surprised that the outdoor patio IS part of the unit and is a large balcony that looks straight across at a daycare and office building. Otherwise the photos are accurate. The apartment was comfortable and clean (a bit worn in places). Downtown Kelowna is right out the front door, so we could walk to good restaurants etc. in 10 minutes. The apartment was very quiet. We would stay there again.

Excellent location and nice place

The place is cleaned and secured. It is located in the heart downtown of Kelowna. Many good restaurants and nice to go for a walk to the lake and sightseeing. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends.

A few suggestions.. location great though.

Condom wrapper peaking out on floor side of bed. Short on towels 2 bath towels for 6 days, no facecloths. 1 extra roll toilet paper. Furniture in living space outdated, worn out. Bed was comfortable and bedding nice and clean. Location and building great and secure. No lake view as described in other posts, unless up on 25th viewing area.

Clean and compact. Had every thing we needed. Great location for walking about downtown. Could use a few more towels for a 3 day stay. We couldn’t park our truck in the underground. 6’ 6”

Excellent Location

This property is conveniently located downtown in a quiet building; the rooftop and unit decks are beautiful. Easy check-in process and communicative hosts. Note that the parkade is low-clearance and not suitable for trucks - we incurred significant parking costs on top of our rental.

Lovely spot with amazing view

Loved the space and was steps away from the downtown core. The 25th floor panoramic view was stunning and was the perfect backdrop to wfh. Very clean and had plenty of fridge & freezer space. Everything you need is within walking distance & hosts were extremely responsive even letting me check in early.

Great location

Such a great location!! The condo was as appeared in the listing. Very nice unit, had everything we needed. Walking distance from most places downtown. Secure parking, although the parking space is really small, it was a challenge parking our Grand Cherokee. The roof top patio was a great place to relax and watch the sunset. Definitely will stay again!

Great stay!

Condo in great location. New and clean. Secured building. Full kitchen with everything you would need. Had a great stay for seven nights.Grocery stores ,caffe's and restaurants just a few steps away. Short walk to the water. Owner came to help us to figure out how to work the electric door opener. She is very nice and helpful. Safeway grocery store one block away.She sent us good instructions before arriving.I would definitely stay gain. Look forward to returning next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend.
