It was very disappointing booking a room that had a “balcony” only to find out it was a door to the parking lot and no patio furniture. It also was suppose to have a couch with a pullout bed but it just had two small chairs and a table. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was so strong you got a shower just washing your hands. We also requested service as our toilet was plugged. It took over two hours and two phone calls for someone to come fix it.

Was under construction and we were not aware when booking. Bathroom had stains on the floor and painters tape still was up. Bedding was dirty. Sadly hot tub was closed.

It was a great stay, the room was clean, huge and renovated. We had the king suite with balcony, it was exactly what's shown on their website. I love the kitchen with big fridge complete with all other appliances, including the dishwasher. We didn't bother to check the amenities since it's not in our interests.Checked in was a breeze, wonderful staff. Central area to restaurants and the some shopping. The only thing was parking was hard to find when you come back in the evening.

We always stay here i have lost track now how many times but last couple times there been always something ether missing chairs in room kitchen stuff the cleanest gone down hill. Now you have put in a request to have a balcony if its on the sight says with balcony you shouldn’t have to do that. When i have booked stay week before how many is staying and days there should be enough towels and wash rags im sorry but with one wash rag im not going use same one my husband uses wash his but put that on my face. Not sure what has happened there you can’t blame remodeling of the place. It is nice quiet place if your studying or just sleep. I did have change rooms they did do that for me this last time seemed like a big deal to them though

The property was under major renovation, which is not stated on their website. The elevator was not working and it was just overall unsafe to be walking in and out with all the construction. The AC did not work, which made it even worse in the 35' heat.

Good location, clean rooms, terrible service. Clogged toilet - had to ask 4 different people before someone finally came to unclog it (all we asked for was a plunger and that took 4 hours). Pool had no towels, asked for some and no one ever showed up to refill them. We finally just started taking what we needed off the housekeeping carts ourselves. Positives - great location, clean comfy rooms, lots of dining close by. But would not expect good service

My boyfriend and I had a nice stay at the Sandman Hotel in Kelowna. The staff were friendly, and housekeeping was quick and did a great job keeping things clean. However, there were a few inconveniences — the hotel was under renovation (which we weren’t told about), the hot tub was closed, and the lighting in our room wasn’t working properly. Parking was also a bit tricky at times. That said, it was affordable and comfortable for our needs. I’d recommend calling ahead to check on amenities, but I’d stay here again for a short trip.

Location and staff was nice but condition of the room and washroom was not good, especially the toilet and sink. There was weak Wi-Fi. There was no lift and hotel renovation gave us a bad experience.

The rooms were poorly cleaned - bunch of pet hair, sticky surfaces. Room was not equipped with necessary supplies. Sidarth at the front desk made efforts to make the situation better by getting the room cleaned again. It helped a little but our experience was ruined already, mostly concerned cuz we had 2 infants with us.

We stayed for one night, the room was not cleaned well, the A/C was incredibly loud (like something was broken in it), the bathroom sink was plugged and the bathtub was also plugged. We informed the staff that they wouldn’t drain and they didn’t attempt to fix it. Not worth that $300 we wont be going back anytime soon.

Wife and i checked in. Front desk was a foldable picnic table while the entire lobby was taped off for renovations. Lobby was musty dirty and dusty from said renovations. Polite staff at desk. Room appeared to be in an old rennovated apartment building not even connected to the main building. We had to walk through a dark alley and parking lot to get there. Room was absolutely disgusting. It was obviously converted from a crappy old apartment building. Our "suite" on the first floor which the "balcony" we had booked was actually just a sketchy door opening to the parking lot. Not even a patio just concrete parking lot with a truck's back end within 5 feet of our "patio" door. The wallpaper was peeling, the carpet was covered in garbage and not vaccumed. Blinds were damaged and provided little privacy. Bathroom was dirty and not well maintained. Wife and i spent 3 minutes in the room and left. Front desk staff, to their credit, were very apologetic and understanding. They gave us no trouble and said they would approve a refund once i contacted expedia because i booked through them. As of this review my refund was approved. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. The pictures expedia has are not even close to accurate.

I booked this hotel for its location across from the mall but would not have booked it if I knew it was under renovations. There was nothing on the booking that said it was under renovations. Hot tub was out of order, most gym equipment didn’t work and we had no hot water in the shower. Wasn’t worth the $300 I paid to stay there.
