Unfortunately, the experience did not match our expectations based on the pictures and promotional video. The rooms looked quite different in person—clearly not up to 5-star standards. Housekeeping was inconsistent; while some rooms received daily sheet changes, thorough cleaning, and fridge refills, others had to request these services despite displaying the “clean room” sign.
Cleanliness was also an issue—plates and coffee mugs were dirty on several occasions. The food was repetitive and lacked variety. Desserts were almost always the same, and surprisingly, there were no authentic Turkish desserts like baklava, which we were looking forward to.
The music at the beach and pool was the same every day, which quickly became monotonous. In the evenings, loud music continued until 11:30 PM, making it difficult to sleep if your room was near the balcony area.
WiFi connectivity was poor throughout the hotel and beach—especially near or beyond the grill area where there was barely any signal. Staff in the brunch area were not particularly friendly, especially the woman at the potato station, who was noticeably rude.
Overall, this was not a great experience. The service, facilities, and food did not reflect the quality promised or expected of a 5-star hotel. We were hoping for much more based on the photos and descriptions online, but unfortunately, it fell far short.
