“Excellent service experienced right from the beginning in front desk reception (Ms Anggi), throughout the stay ( housekeeping, breakfast, facilities ) down to a very swift checkout. Request for a high floor was granted and came with stunning view of the SCBD skyscrapers. Apartment was in prime condition ( seemed brand new ) with abundant of amenities and appliances working well. Overall a great staycation and we would love to come back again soon.”

“Modern hotel and very clean. Unfortunately service is very poor. Had to wait 1 hour in the restaurant for our food even though it was almost empty. Also, the level of English speaking is not great so it’s hard to communicate as a foreigner. Did laundry service which took much longer to get back then what was communicated. ”

“The location is good to me. Meals are good. Staff members are all very friendly. I had a very pleasant stay. Never-the-less, there is a light in the washroom which I don't know how to turn off. This did not bother me because I unscrewed the light bulb in the night. I unscrewed the light bulbs in the closet as well, because I found that these lights won't turn off even the door is closed. I wish to be earth friendly and tried to reduce the waste of energy. On the other side, the light on the desk……
