“What a gorgeous camping area! The walkway that outlines the property was delightful. It would’ve been nice if the sauna was available because that was a cool picture. That would’ve been even nicer if there were no wildfires, keeping us from leaving our screen door open overnight.”

Waking up to the sound of a loon and having your morning coffee so close to the lake was amazing. The Owner made sure our stay was amazing. “This is a beautiful cabin right on the lake, very peaceful and relaxing! It is a good location for day trips to Lunenberg and the coast, and Kejimkujik NP. Well equipped kitchen (be sure to get groceries before arriving as limited stores nearby). Two canoes made for a fun day of paddling around the lake from island to island. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”

“Visiting family and friends in Nova Scotia, for more than a month and while I truly enjoy their company, I needed a short 'me time'. This was perfect for a 2 day get away and I could have stayed longer, but was expected in the Annapolis Valley. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen; knowing the type of coffee maker ahead of time would have helped me choose my 'grind' better. Cosy living area with a view of the lake. “This property is so peaceful and quiet. The cottage is 3kms from the main road, through a beautiful mature forest. The road is very well maintained. The cottage sits up on a small hill from the river/ lake, providing breathtaking views of the water. We were pleasantly surprised to have the opportunity to use a paddle boat, so easy to operate, great for all ages! Beds were comfy and had appropriate mattress and pillow covers, and very comfortable cotton bedding. Kitchen had lits of cookware,……
