“OMG this home was such a stunner! We arrived after dark because of the ferry ride, but when we arrived, the house had subdued lighting, relaxing music and some essential oils going. We both walked in and said "Wow, Oh my god"! And it was still dark, so we couldn't see the view, but we could hear it. The master was so comfortable and there was far more amenities and supplies than we used, but it is definitely my favorite VRBO I have stayed in. Owners really, really go that extra mile and……

“Compact, many small amenities that make a great stay even better. Everything is clean and high quality. Bryan was attentive and made sure we were settled and comfortable. We had the best stay, we can't wait to come back. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom are steep and could be challenging for arthritic knees. The handrails are helpful and everything about the place speaks to safety and comfort. The sun room is a place you never want to leave. Its gorgeous and relaxing, exactly what we needed.……

“It was a great location as we were looking for privacy and quiet. The cabin was excellent and the views great. We even got to see multiple deer. We would definitely stay again. The host was very kind and helpful.”

“We enjoyed our stay in the cottage although this was mainly due to the friendship of the four women. The views are breathtaking in the midst of nature’s beauty. There should be better signage on the road leading to the cottage. We arrived late afternoon, GPS on but service is not the best. We drove way past the small number sign. Four women alone on a wilderness road, no phone signal, no GPS and no SOS…..scary to say the least. Upon entry to the cottage, we were hit with cold dampness. Heat……

“Lovely view from our cabin on the lake. A short drive to Yarmouth and Cap Forchu. Missed having a hot plate to cook on rather than a bbq, but would not deter us from coming again.”

“Ruthanne and Sheridan were wonderful host. They were kind enough to meet us at the ferry and drive us to their home. The house was warm and comfortable, and we felt like we were at home. Everything was spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had all new appliances along with the washer and dryer. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly would recommend it to anyone. ”
