“If you're looking for a place just to sleep and be one with nature this is it! Kinda like glamping. There was mice poop everywhere, it's that time of year, didn't scare us. But their was no forks, towels, napkins, they only provided 1 trash bag we went through in a hurry and had to use grocery bags for garbage. Ran to gas station for forks and paper towels. The oven dorsnt wirk, so took 4 hours tobake a 20min bitter braid. Other than thst a good place to rough it and relax”

“Had a nice relaxing weekend in nature. The property overlooks a bubbling stream so the scenery was amazing!My only downside was that I had hoped it was a bit more remote/private, but there are other cabins not far away (maybe 200-ish feet?) Not a biggie if you don't mind the company though. :)Regardless; wonderful stay! Host made things simple/left instruction that were clear/easy to follow. “Very nicely decorated log cabin/house complete with everything needed for an enjoyable stay - even had doggie dishes for our pup. Blinking lights around the pines out on the deck and driveway were a great touch. Great setting in the pines, next to the river. Wished there had been steps down to the river, even rustic ones (instead of the steep bank/slide) but I'm sure there was a reason why not. “This was a beautiful new place, right on the river. Accommodations were exactly as described in the listing. Everything was brand new and in wonderul condition. Most comfortable bed I've slept in outside of my own! My only complaint: the owner visited the connected shed 6 times in our 3 night stay. It did feel excessive. He was super nice and did communicate before showing up, but still. Overall it was a great stay though. Would definitely come back!”
