“This place was just the quiet retreat my husband and I needed. It was perfect for a short get away from every day life. It was cozy and very comfortable. Great host! Cautious, the stairs are steep going in and out but the hosts did a great job keeping up with salting then for us. Would definitely come back!!”

“Owner is responsive. Loft was clean and comfortable. If you have more than one vehicle, parking may be an issue. We only needed to park an extra vehicle overnight so we were able to use the street parking - not sure about daytime rules. ”

“Came home to Lancaster county to visit family. Cabin was even more lovely than the pictures. There were some unexpected treats upon arrival and it was very cozy. The back yard was much larger than expected. The TV must have been upgraded since the pictures as well. That was a pleasant surprise.”

“Although this cabin is situated in the middle of a working Amish community, the experience was invigorating, yet utterly relaxing. The hosts were cordial and definitely accommodating. In addition, the cabin was completely cozy and easily accessible. Although the separate shower/bathroom was a mild inconvenience, it did not detract from the overall experience. The babbling brook behind the cabin was very refreshing and soothing. This is a great hidden find.”

“The property and room were perfect for our overnight stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was approximately 20 minutes from the outskirts of the Lancaster area which made it easily accessible. We did have some issues though. First the host forgot she had us booked and the room wasn't cleaned at 5pm when I showed up for checkin. I got nothing more than the original email stating thanking for booking and they were looking forward to our stay. I called and within a few minutes……

“The apartment was very nice once you got inside. The parking area and steps are sketchy. The heater in the bedroom makes noise all night long. Overall, I would recommend staying here. ”
