“We were looking for a shady comfortable spot in the area to fish & crab with my 9 yr old grandchild and this was ideal. Shane, our host, was very friendly, accommodating and quick to respond with any questions we had.We can't wait to come back and stay again!”

"The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant."
