“They charged me MAD 44 per person per night for tax although only MAD 13.2 was stated during booking! The service is poor either!! Only one towel was provided. We repeatedly made request to a lady at the counter for one more towel. She promised twice to send it to my room but it was not received until we made further request to another lady in the next evening. ”

I booked two days and pre-paid, but when we arrived, the hotel's reception is out of work. And they said our room was sold to others.How can it happen？Hotel in Rabat is tight, we drove all around the city, but we cannot even find a room to stay. “Bon emplacement, à côté de tout ce qu’il faut par contre pour accéder à la terrasse cela est très difficile par un escalier de meunier pas très pratique et pour la cuisine, manque cafetière pour faire du café, micro ondes et pas d’eau chaude pour faire la vaisselle. La tv au 1er étage ne fonctionne pas. Sinon vu qu’on ne reste pas beaucoup dans le logement cela suffit mais les escaliers sont assez difficiles. Cette hébergement mériterait plus d’entretiens. Séjours quand même appréciable.”
