“Tori's house is lovely and elegant. My husband and I met two of our close friends for a reunion, and the house was perfect for that. Two bedrooms and baths on opposite sides of the living room and kitchen provided space for gathering as well as privacy. Everything is so tastefully designed and decorated and spotlessly clean. “Three nights in Kennewick with a variety of family members and we found the Goldmine to be the perfect size and location for everyone. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean with fresh towels and bedding. Beds are very comfortable. Spacious kitchen is as pictured. They took out the office and added a pool table. We fit 10 around the dining room table. The back yard is under construction, but the patio area is spacious and comfortable. Plenty of street parking in quiet neighborhood. I would stay……

“As advertised, it was very quiet, which was great for being in town for an athletic tournament—easy to rest and nap between games during the day. Host was friendly and immediately responsive when our entry code didn’t work at first. The scent of the laundry detergent used to wash the towels/sheets was a bit strong for me personally, but that was the only negative, so no major negatives/dealbreakers. Would stay again if coming to this tournament again next year.”

“I stayed for 60 days for work at the nearby power plant. The house was clean and easy to get too. It has a full kitchen and bathroom and everything was in nice shape. The price is very fair.It is located close to restraunts and grocery stores which made it easy to pick up items i needed. This house is a good size for a couple looking to stay while touring the local parks, trails, and rivers. The host was very easy to get ahold of. “We had lived in this area while working in town, so felt comfortable in neighborhood. The stree is busier now since new bridge connecting businesses across river. However, still remarkably quiet since traffic died down after commuters went home. Renovation nice. Back yard private and nice little patio. Bed comfortable. Hate-did I say hate? Even worse, deplore streaming TV!Little touches need to happen: box of tissues; curtains in bedrooms-need extra panel in each room to close off outside……
