“Oscars hotel is absolutely wonderful. The staff are beyond reproach, the rooms are extremely comfortable and the balcony view os perfect. The grounds are well manicured and the restaurant is actually too good. I had to leave otherwise I would have just sat in the restaurant eating all day and night otherwise. The chefs are artists. “Clean and pleasant with excellent staff. The room with the river view is slightly pricey. Amenities are minimal for a hotel at this price point. The hotel could not provide me toothpaste and there is no kettle in the room. It is somewhat inconvenient to go to the reception to have hot water prepared for you by the staff at the front desk. I like however the fruit bowl they have in the lobby.”
