“This is the 2nd time we have atayed at this location. It is clean, easy to find and owner is reachable at any time. Two small bedroom chairs with backs would make it more comfortable.”

First of all, the blue room really only sleeps 1 comfortably. The bed is a double, not a queen. The pull out couch is very uncomfortable, basically metal springs with some padding over it.
