This property was filled with bonus items for convenience (like tissue boxes in the bedrooms and milk & butter in the fridge!) and had a great vintage vibe. Fantastic restaurants and unique shops were a short walk away (even amidst a cold Maine January). We will be booking our yearly trip again here next year!! ”

“If we could give this place 10 stars, we would. The hosts have thought of everything so you don’t need to! We have a seasonal camp in the area and always like to make a winter time trip to the area to check in on it. We love Hallowell, so this seemed like a good option for a long weekend. We loved it! Cozy, comfortable, clean and perfectly outfitted. The hosts were even better! Thanks so much Drew and Sarah! ”

“House is beautiful. Lake is perfect. We had a great stay. Lots of amenities available. Great location. We came in for Maine 70.3 and it was so easy to get to the race and all the activities prior. Even could jump in and swim at the lake. If you book for 6 guests and most are kids just be aware that the 3rd guest space is down through the garage. Our kids are old enough but if you have younger, you will not share a floor with them. It worked for us We enjoyed our visit.”

Beds also comfy and the double bunks were helpful for our group. Plow came quickly after snowstorm. We didn’t get out on the lake due to cold but nice to have it close by. ”

“This house has a beautiful location. My husband and I stayed for a weekend getaway and enjoyed our stay. One issue that we had was the water pressure. It was hard to shower because the water kept going in and out. As others have stated, the inside of the house could use some TLC. Some of the decorations are falling apart on the wall. The paint on the walls in some rooms look incomplete. Overall it was a good stay. ”
