“Excellent house in great location for visiting Mammoth Cave National Park. House is bright, comfortable and very clean. Very comfortable master bedroom. Jason is an excellent host. When I contacted him with a minor question upon arrival he was very quick to respond and offer his help. I would definitely recommend this property to family/friends and anyone traveling to the area. (Dates of stay-September 29-October 1, 2025)”

“From the moment we entered this property, we knew we had chosen the best place for us to stay while in Lex. Awaiting us was a great welcome basket and fresh water in the fridge. Kathy's Place is clean and so very comfortable. We felt secure and cared for as guests. Austen communicates well and answered each question we had. Other amenities included a basket of local information and some nice personal care products. I mean, they even had a fresh sponge for the dishes and pods for the dishwasher.……

“The property was great! Close to activities and easy to get around Louisville from the house. The amenities were great. The house was clean and well suited for families. We each had our own room. There was plenty of seating to have conversation and large dinners. Host left detailed instructions for check in and check out.”

“The home was very nice to stay in. Needed some directions on how to operate the TV. Couldn't locate the local channels. Only draw back was the trains that went by numerous times day and night and blew there whistles.”

“This house is well-suited to a group of adults traveling together. Lots of space, well laid-out, with many of the bedrooms including an ensuite. We enjoyed the fridge (maybe a pointer to the freezer?).Very helpful instructions and communication for our trip allowed for easy coordination.”
