“Great location and perfect for guests coming for a graduation. Some things that need fixing The dishwasher rack falls out. The washing machine is super loud the fridge shelves are broken. Inside the game room/ bedroom with bunks the light fixture is broken. Otherwise overall experience was excellent. ”

“The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids( ages 7,6,3 and 1). The kids loved exploring, picking oranges and lemons and gong down to the water. We plan to be back!”

“We have family in the Tylertown area and usually stay at their place when we come for a visit. This time we decided to rent a place for the two nights and found Colbys River Retreat. Jolla was an awesome host. Greeted us to show us the functuins in the rv and gave us a bag of fresh picked blueberries. She was incredibly nice the rv was clean and had eerything you woukd need. Price was great. There arent any hotels in Tylertiwn area. The river with its great sand bars and tubing is awesome. If……

“Nice, quiet, quaint little property”

“Property was further out in country then i thought. When we found the property and entered it, we were very surprised. The smell of mustiness and mold almost took me to my knees. We stayed 15 minutes and made a decision to stay in town. This location and property was not for us. May be suited forothers, just not us.This locatio”

“This property was exactly what we wanted. Our 3rd stay in Baytowne Wharf and this has been the best unit so far. The location was perfect. We had a fabulous view of the fireworks and light show right from our balcony. We had a little issue with a toilet but the management company handled it very promptly. Definitely would stay again. ”
