“new and clean place. overall its good,only its there is no staff at all... did not realize they have sent access code through email for the front door as the email was hard to read and got stuck at the entrance...knew they would not clean room daily but did not realize they would not exchange the towels either...better also clean the exhaust vent at the kitchen, look covered all over with dust...”

“Overall it was clean with the exception of a few places. With it being very humid in Okinawa it can be difficult to keep mold away. There was a little mold in the bathroom sink around the drain, in the seals on the doors of the refrigerator, on the inside of the shower door and underneath the stool in the shower. With the cleaner in the room we were able to clean these areas ourselves. There was a slight odor in the room but we bought air fresheners and that took care of that issue. The……
