“The Hobbit House was a wonderful find! It felt like somebody took time in each room to make it like they would want it if they stayed there. Quiet location. Parking right at the door. Central a/c. “We stayed 3 nights. There were limited bath towels (4) hand towels (2) and kitchen towels (0) and no food prep bowls. There were a few frying pans & pots, but no bowls to prepare food. THE HOST WAS EXCEPTIONAL in immediately resolving all our concerns. He had towels delivered & helped us figure out how to use the heater. He even bought a shovel when we requested one to pick up after our dog. The top 2 selling points about this rental is #1 the host and #2 the large grassy fenced yard for our……

“The house is spacious and comfortable. Its feels remote because you cant see any neighbors, but grocery stores and vineyards are less than 15 minutes in either direction. We intended to explore the area more, but ended up hanging at the house and sitting on the deck staring out at the absolutely gorgeous view. The host was excellent at communication and even sent us an exciting list of things to see and do in the area. I would happily stay here again.”

“The home was beautiful, clean and exactly as described in the description including the location right on the rogue river where my husband actually caught some trout during our stay! Charity was quick to reply to any questions we had and was very accommodating. We were traveling as a family of 5 adults and the only thing I could offer that might be helpful would be to have more options to hang/store clothes in the 2 smaller bedrooms. We will definitely be staying there again when we go back to……
