“Upon arrival, I did not receive the access code to the apartment and had to phone to obtain it on a bank holiday. We were travelling with young children and this was a frustrating start to my stay, and I would have appreciated receiving this information in advance. The apartment lacked some basic facilities such as a dustpan to sweep up dirt. This made it difficult to maintain cleanliness during my stay.
