“Wow! What else can i say. This property has everything you need for a get away and then some! Ernie and Carmelita were extremely gracious hosts. The salsa and chips was a lovely surprise after a day of long travel. Easy access to the trails and dog friendly. The pressure washer was a nice bonus after those muddy rides. Would stay here again!”

“We stayed here while riding the Hatfield and McCoy trails, and it was absolutely perfect! The place was clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone in our group to relax after a long day of riding. It was exactly what we needed—comfortable, convenient, and welcoming. We only wish we could have stayed longer, but work called us back. Highly recommend for anyone planning a trail trip in West Virginia!We will be back to stay again!”

“Our family rented this little VRBO for the weekend in order to attend Rock the Country 2025. It was myself, my husband, my son and his fiancee. “Very convenient location, close to Rock House and Devil Anse systems. We had a power outage our first night and Gary stopped in to check that we were okay and see if we needed more batteries for the provided lanterns. Just a note, when the power is out, the wifi obviously goes, too, and cell service though both Verizon and AT&T is nonexistent until you get closer to the gas station on 44 and 52. “Our stay was great!! The owners were right next door and was very accommodating. It’s behind the bowling alley which was a win. The house was fantastic. “Property was as described but the description about plenty of room for parking was misleading. We had a 44 ft fifth wheel and without expertise driving you won't get your rig near the house. The turns are too sharp and tight in either direction of the road. We had to go past the road up to the hospital on the top of the hill all the way around to get the rig turned around to come back down the hill to get up the the road to the front of the house.
