“Exactly what we were looking for a week long visit. The cabin is snug and spacious. 2 bedrooms with a loft area outside the 2nd bedroom. It was clean on check in and nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals and a few extras. Plenty of dishes. The hosts went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and answered all questions in a timely manner. The location is beautiful and, despite the heat, we spent most of our time on the beautiful deck enjoying the……

“The Spartan trailer was 1955 error no gas but had electricity had a gas griddle barbecue style outside on a big redwood porch. Not too far from town walkable within 15-20 minutes. 5 acres spread horses hot tub and someone to communicate with if you need be. Very quiet. Where we stayed there was other properties to rent much bigger and more modern on the same address. Thing to think about is it was a great stay quiet relaxation for the weekend that we needed it for I appreciate all the……

“We love Kernville for the biking and rafting and small town feel. The house was well located within a mile of town and was super clean. Plenty of room for 5 guys. We enjoyed hanging in the backyard too. Highly recommend ”

“We had such a great time during our stay at this property! Our group consisted of three families coming together with kids of multiple ages. Everyone slept comfortably and there were plenty of beds for all! The kids enjoyed running around the grounds. They loved looking at the horses in the morning, playing on the zip line and taking dips in the hot tub in the evenings! This place is perfectly located within the town of Kernville.
