“I absolutely enjoyed my stay here from Bill’s attentive and quick responses, to every small accomadation he made to ensure my check in and check out was smooth and in Line with my schedule. The property was spotless and I felt like I was at home! I loved the overall layout of the home and at this point I’m almost ready to move back to Little Rock off of the strength of how wonderful the stay was. I definitely look forward to booking more stays here as I visit Little Rock. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. We had exactly what we needed. The neighborhood is very quiet. The fence for our dogs was perfect since one likes to wander off. The car port was nice since it rained. Love the porch for sitting and relaxing. ”

“The house is large and accommodates a large group but you can tell only certain things have been upgraded. The floors were not clean and there was an odor in one of the restrooms. The towels and bedding were very low quality and no wash cloths were available or top sheets on the beds. The oven was not working and we found ants in the kitchen. The cookware was also in bad shape although the appliances were new. However, the location was convenient to downtown and our group made the best of the……

“Down for a wedding ”

“We loved the house, decor and location. Although not used, the home provided plenty of toiletries and hygiene products for the guests to use. The location was perfect for our downtown convention. As noted in previous reviews, the house across the street looks like a junkyard. However, the occupants didn’t bother us, but is an eye soar. Also please note that the two twin beds in the sunroom are not separated. It’s actually a daybed that pulls out into a full size bed. So it’s like sharing a bed……
