“I chose this hotel because it was 10 min by car from Surabaya Gubeng station. All staff that I encountered at this hotel was very nice. However it was not a hotel that I would want to come back and stay. 1. Breakfast: I personally did not think it was delicious compare to other three star hotels. 2. I stayed two nights. It was hot in the morning and I thought that the AC wasn't working so I switched a room for the second day. However the AC in the second room wasn't working on the next……

“Room: big, comfortable and clean. Price: reasonable. Breakfast: selections are quite few, but they really made the limited foods very, very delicious. Dis: There is no hair dryer in the standard room. The water flow of the shower is not strong enough for long hair.”

“Laa habitaciones necesitan una mano de pintura, están todas las paredes manchadas. Al meternos en la cama a las 11 pm, nos dimos cuenta que las sábanas estaban manchadas y tuvo que venir el chico de recepción a cambiarlas pero nos puso unas que estaban "menos manchadas"!!! ya que el mismo chico nia dijo que todas estaban parecidas.... ¡lamentable! Además, necesitaba lavarme el pelo y pedí un secador de pelo en recepción, pero el chico me dijo que estaban todos "ocupados" y ya eran las 11 pm!……
