Very nice, clean large condo, very well equipped, everything worked well, smooth check in and out. Second floor, two story unit. Would rent again.

Wonderful Girls Trip!

Chad's house was perfect for our quick girls ski getaway to Sun Valley. The proximity to River Run base made it quick and easy to get to the slopes -- we had a non skier drop us off but the walk looked very simple and do-able for adults. The home itself was clean, cozy and well taken care of. Everyone agreed that the beds were particularly comfortable, especially after a long day on the slopes. The high-end espresso/coffee machine was an added bonus for all. Chad was responsive and helpful. If we make it back to Sun Valley, we will definitely consider staying here again.

Great stay for my family. Place is even better than the photos. Kitchen was well stocked, and it was very clean. I would stay here again. Felt newly renovated.

Wonderful ski apartment

The apartment was just like the photos showed. The bathrooms were clean and one had a steam shower. The kitchen had great pots, pans, dishes etc. the check in and out process was a breeze. The fireplace was wonderful and the TV had a great sound system. I’d plan to stay here again next time I go to sun valley. It was a short walk to the warm springs lifts/lodge.
