Prospector - Hot Tub/Walk to Warm Springs Lift

Welcome to our charming and private 970-square-foot condo, nestled in the highly sought-after Warm Springs Prospector complex. This inviting retreat is perfectly situated just one block from the Warm Springs base lodge, placing you steps away from world-class skiing and all the mountain adventures you could dream of. Whether you’re here to hit the slopes, soak in the alpine atmosphere, or unwind in cozy comfort, our condo offers the ideal combination of location and relaxation.

Enjoy all the benefits of staying at the Iconic Warm Springs Base Area. A great area for skiing (almost ski in/ski out) in the winter and mountain biking and hiking in the summer. Apre Ski at the Warm Springs Lodge or walk over to Apples and get some local flavor.

The Prospector condo complex offers three hot tubs in the winter, and in the summer (late June to mid September), a large, heated, saltwater swimming pool, two tennis courts, a paddle ball court, a pickle ball court, a basketball hoop, a children’s play area, and a communal pavilion with barbecue and picnic tables.

Storage Closet: Please be considerate of skis, fishing gear etc. in the unit. Please either use the cubby in the
entryway or the outside deck. Skis can also be stored at the Warm Springs base lodge which makes walking
over and back very easy.

Two spacious upstairs bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and plush queen-sized beds. Both bedrooms boast bamboo flooring, while the master suite includes a 43" Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom for added convenience. A second upstairs bathroom ensures ample space for guests.

The well-equipped kitchen is complete with stainless-steel appliances, a wine refrigerator, and all the essentials for preparing your favorite meals. Gather in the cozy living room, where a 40" Smart TV, wireless internet, and a warm gas fireplace create the perfect ambiance for relaxation after a day of adventure. When the warmer summer evenings arrive, step out onto the furnished outdoor deck to enjoy fresh mountain air and unwind under the stars. The condo also includes a washer and dryer, adding convenience to your stay.
