“Hotelanlage war sehr gut und mit tolle Bergblick. Die Lage war perfekt, direkt am Bergbahnstation. Morgen Buffet was ausgezeichnet und Abendessen kulinarische Genuss. Servicepersonal war sehr höflich und zügig. Einzige was wir schwach gefunden haben ist: Wunderschöne Barterrasse war immer geschlossen und wir konnten nie irgendwo etwas trinken und die Sonne geniessen. Rezeption Bedienung war sehr schwach und inkompetent. Nach Ausflug Möglichkeiten, am Zell am See und Umgebung, konnten sie uns……

“Originally, I preferred a hotel right by the lake but i gave up finding that there was a railway nearby. That is why i picked this hotel and i felt I chose wisely. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with its own parking space and a very short walk to downtown area. The room is of comfortable size and very clean; one can book a room with a lake view, too. The staff we came across are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our two night stay here and will definitely recommend this hotel.”
