“It’s an apt above a barn, the view was great but the sulfur smell from the well water was pretty intense. Felt like I was back in an apt in Paris. But over all it was a great stay. Thank you for the quick response when we didn’t know how to change the temperature on the thermostat. ”

“This was a quaint property in the Finger Lakes region. It was clean, there was coffee, towels, toiletries and everything one would need for a long weekend getaway in an area with beautiful scenery and close to nice museums The Rockwell and Corning Museum of Glass. I felt the temperature should have been adjusted to a comfortable level for check-in, but it did heat up quickly. Me and "guest" had a great time :) ”

“We had a great time in this charming little town. The apartment was also full of charm and very clean. The Wagner Restaurant has the best breakfast with a small town diner feel - we ate their every morning for breakfast. We all loved everything about our stay and if we decide to go back we'll definitely stay at the Sheridan House again.”

“We had a great time hiking the Finger Lakes area. The property was conveniently located close to many state parks and wineries. While unassuming on the outside the inside was clean and decorated very nicely. The beds are very comfortable and the area is quiet so we slept soundly after long hikes. Check in and check out was easy. The owners did a great job providing information. I highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again. ”

“Perfect place to stay in Penn Yan. The wine bar below is a gem! Couple that owns it is lovely and food, drinks and service was great! Definitely make a reservation for brunch! The only little down side of this place was the steep steps to carry up luggage. We underestimated the time to take our luggage down and around back to the car. It was lovely place to stay. Highly reccomend!”

“This rental has a scenic view, while being so close to town and Watkins Glen State Park. It is also an easy drive to many wineries and we easily drove to Keuka Lake and Ithaca on separate occasions. So many beautiful places and delicious wines close by! ”
