Have you been dreaming of a sun-soaked Florida Keys getaway with ample space for your whole family? Turn those dreams into a reality at this canal-front six-bedroom Key Colony Beach home with private pool and hot tub access, a location that's perfect for high seas adventures, and room for up to 14 guests.
Heated pool/Spa on request with a fee of $350 for the week. Along with a heated hot tub. Dockage can handle a boat up to 35 feet on length. Home has a ton of patio chairs, lounge chairs, umbrella, table that seat 6 and couch. Downstairs area has a small dinning table that seats 4. Kid Friendly home....
City is very strict on the amount of people in the home. If you bring more than 14 people there will be a an issue with the City of Key colony Beach.

Nice house but difficult property manager

To start off the house itself is very nice, upon arrival the house was supposed to be ready at 4:00 it wasn’t ready till 5:00. When we walked into the upstairs level there was a terrible odor coming from the refrigerator in the laundry room we discovered old spoiled food. When I went to put my daughters items in the downstairs bedroom there was a strong smell of urine, I completely stripped the bed and washed everything. When my husband and I got into bed (in the downstairs master) the bed collapsed on the 1st night. I immediately notified the property manager Meghan and she proceeded to blame us. Since this was our first day and we had just gotten into bed it was obvious the previous renters broke the entire bed frame. Meghan did send over a nice maintenance gentlemen to fix the bed frame the next day. The downstairs outdoor tv and living room tv never worked, the maintenance guy took the tv from the master and placed it in the living room so we would have one tv to watch in the downstairs area. I again notified Meghan and she stated the tv’s were working and offered nothing further. The major issues with this home is it is advertised for up to 13 people but no noise is tolerated. The property manager threatened to kick us out of the home several times and we have never had a complaint with any other vrbo's previously. Key colony beach and the property manager are both very strict. I would not recommend this property if you have children who want to swim or teenagers.

Beautiful home in Key Colony Beach

We were so happy with this home in Key Colony Beach (Marathon). We have stayed in this neighborhood before and it did not disappoint again. Very safe and family friendly! The home itself was very clean and even prettier than the pictures. The pool was a hit, as well as fishing in the canal and watching anything that was swimming by! Don't miss sunset at the park, very sweet tradition. We would gladly stay here again! Thank you!

Great family spot, responsive property managers!

We had a great time at this house. Plenty of space and ammenities. A few things popped up and owners were very responsive and respectful. Sure there are a few things that could be updated or fixed, but nothing that should stop you from booking!

Birthday celebration

We celebrated my wife’s 80th birthday over Christmas. Her daughter and son and families came. We chose Christmas week since some grandchildren are in college and some are working.The two units worked well with our 11 people. They were clean and well stocked with what was provided.

Great Location!

Our family enjoyed our week stay! The location was great, pool was perfect and ample space for 11 of us. The quick walk each evening to watch the sunset at Sunset Park and the Tuesday farmers market were our highlights. We would love to stay again in the future.

Perfect Location

Our first trip to the Florida Keys with friends. 13 of us all together. Key Colony Beach is called the GEM of the Keys for a reason. The house had EVERYTHING we needed. Extra washer/dryer came in handy. Pool was delightful after a hot boat day. Accommodations were perfect, Very Clean, neighborhood was quiet, clean, and peaceful. Sunset Beach at the end of the street is beautiful. The city of KCB does have some strict rules, but we followed them, and there were no issues. I think they have the rules to keep it peaceful and family friendly. We spent our days fishing, snorkeling, and at sand bars. Our nights in the pool and playing games. We will most definitely be back. We would love to try another area of the Keys, but I don't think we will find a house more perfect than this one.

Wonderful Friends Vacation

We joined our friends of over 20 years and their children for a memorable week in the Keys. The house was fully stocked, clean, and the pool was a particular favorite. We did not know that the units were not accessible to each other from the inside (no staircase connecting the bottom unit with the top). But it worked out fine for our group. Would definitely recommend this house for a multi-generational trip. The house boasted 3 refrigerator/freezer, stocked trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, soaps, etc. It added a nice touch to our stay.

Key colony 420/430

The host Meagen was so nice. The place was everything we wanted. Beautiful spot on the water with a pool. Easy access by water or road. The community its in was is so gorgeous. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Weather you want to take a jog or ride a bike you can with the comfort of feeling safe. We will be booking again in the future.

What a nice hidden gem in KCB!

The house is gorgeous, tastefully decorated with a beachy theme. The house is super clean, stocked kitchen with the utensils, plates, pots, pans...etc. The local grocery store, Publix is about 6 mins away. KCB has a very safe, secure atmosphere and the locals are friendly. The pool/spa is a bonus which allowed us water fun without having to go to the beach everyday. There is plenty of room in the house for everyone, it sleeps 14. My husband and I stayed in the lower part of the house and the adult kids upstairs. We felt like we had lots of privacy. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Wonderful Fun Stay

This home is beautiful. All rooms were used. Perfect size for all of us. I’d say the hub of the home was downstairs for us. We did all the cooking and fun downstairs by the pool. The dock was perfect for our 27.8 foot boat. Easy access from Vaca Cut and to the ocean for fishing. Excellent location in the middle if they keys in Marathon. Would love to come back again in the future. Maybe for two weeks next time. Try this place, you won’t be disappointed.

Great experience

Ive stayed at sereral homes for a week at a time, all of which were not cheap. This property was probably my favorite so far and beyond met all expectations that me and my fanily had, which for me was a first. I highly recomend it for any larger family who is traveling to the keys. The person i was in contact with as well was beyond helpful and very quick to respond, again another first for me in regards to renting home on this site or any other site. If i go back to the keys, with my while family or even just me and my wife, we will be looking to see if this property is available again before looking anywhere else. And im truly a hard person to please, so if im saying all this i assure you nobody will be disapointed with this property.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay & hope to be back. Family friendly vacation home (but note it is two units not connected on the inside), beautiful backyard views with privacy, large screened in upstairs porch, good size pool/hottub and safe neighborhood! Short walk to sunset park where they sing every night at sunset. House came with pack n play, heightchair, beach and bath towels and plenty of that Florida sunshine! No complaints from our FL Key loving family.

Family Vacation

This house was great for our family vacation. Comfortable for 14 spanning four generations. The house was well appointed, nicely decorated, beautiful yard, pool, and in a great location. Property Manager, Megan was helpful and quick to answer any questions. We would definitely rent again!

It was an amazing trip. Beautiful location, clean, and had everything we needed. The only one thing that would have made it perfect is if somehow there was easier indoor access from one side to the other so that we felt more connected. Otherwise would recommend this location to any large group. We loved it!

Wonderful home with just a couple of issues

This beautiful home in the Florida Keys was great for our family of 10 adults and teenagers, between the upstairs full unit (4BR, 2BA) and the downstairs half unit (2BR, 2BA). The setting is great on a canal with a fairly new deck and dock. The house is walkable to Sunset Beach, a nice little park on the island. The house pool was nice but please note that although there is a spa/hot tub with the pool, there was no way to turn it on. To have the pool heated you must pay an additional $350 fee. When we repeatedly asked for use of the hot tub, the manager said it would be turned on, but it never was. After our rental, we received a message that they would refund $100 of the fee since the hot tub never worked. We would rather have had it work as per the listing. Two other issues to be aware of: 1) The bed mattresses were extremely hard and not of high quality. I prefer a firm mattress but the master bedroom bed was really hard and both my wife and I had backaches from it. With the price of this unit, you'd think they would furnish good mattresses. 2) The downstairs refrigerator's ice dispenser did not work, requiring bags of ice on hand. Not a big deal, but again, you'd think... The entire home was very clean, no issues there, and the furnishings were comfortable (other than the beds). The TV in the upstairs great room is amazingly big with a beautiful picture, but I wish it had a soundbar as the TV's internal audio was tinny. Kitchen is great and nicely outfitted.

Best stay so far!!

This house was amazing from start to finish. Checking in and out was super simple. The house was ready on time, clean, and well stocked! We absolutely loved the split floor plan. We had four adults staying downstairs with our own kitchen, laundry room, living room, etc. and then we had five adults staying upstairs and three children. The upstairs area was extremely spacious and there is plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a great size and comfortable for everyone. The dock and fishing was fantastic!! Manatee’s came right up to the dock and we even saw a shark swimming by. We had five vehicles with us, and there was plenty of room for parking for everyone. The dock area was perfect for our boat and so easy to get in and out of to go lobstering every day. Definitely a house we will rebook. Can’t wait till next year!

Beautiful House & Wonderful Location

This house was perfect for our family reunion. We were 11 people at the house. The house was super clean and spacious. The location was very close to beaches, state parks and shopping and less then an hour from Key West. I would rent this property again the next time we are in the keys. Megan was a very attentive host. Any issue we had she was right on it. A great time was had by all.
