“Nice area to stay the only issue is the bathroom gfi neees to be replaced”

“We enjoyed our weekend stay in Galena. This is an end unit and very quiet, except for the squeeky interior doors. They could use some WD40 to reduce the noise especially at night. The cleaning crew left a load of wet laundry in the washer and a damp load in the dryer. Definitely make the short drive over to Thunder Bay Falls for a beautiful selfie. ”

“Cozy cabin vibes with plenty of room! We stayed here go ski at nearby Chestnut Mountain. Just under a 20 min drive to Chestnut. Looks like there is lots of fun things to do near the property in warmer weather as well! ”

“We traveled as a group of 6 women and had a wonderful stay! We spent time in Galena and Dubuque and had easy access for our day trips. The home itself was so cozy and clean and we especially loved how much space we all had to spread out. We cooked our meals there and had everything we needed. We spent hours talking and enjoying the sunset on the screened in porch. We would return!!”

“The room was very cozy. We were bummed the fireplace didn't work. We picked this room for that reason! Otherwise, it was a very nice room and comfy bed. Make sure you lock your room while you are in the room. Had a couple walk right in shortly after we arrived and were relaxing on the bed before heading out for the evening. ”

“The space and location were great for us.”

“Great location in the driftless area. Rolling hills, and peaceful scenery. The condo has wonderful water views and you feel like you are in a treehouse as it is on the second floor. It is well appointed with what you need and the very basic spices if you choose to cook. Bedrooms and king size beds are comfortable and bathrooms are well supplied with towels and toilet paper. It appears very clean however, could use a good dusting. Would stay here again. ”
