The property was nice, but not exceptional. The company that makes the reservation, handles check-in and other issues was not impressive. They sent a very nice email with information about the check-in process and referred to themselves as a "team". In the email, they mention the room would be ready by 4 PM, but would let us know if the room was ready earlier. We called and let them know we were in town early, "Yes, they would call if the room would be ready earlier." They did not. When we got to the room at 3:55 PM, the code would not work. Several other couples in the pool said, "No, they will not call you even if the room is ready."
The next day, a couple was by the pool around 10 AM. I noticed them later that day and asked them if they were waiting to check in and they said "Yes, just waiting for the call, since they; Brightwild, knew we were here". I informed them that Brightwild would not call and that they needed to call again They did and their room was ready.
We called one night at 11:50 PM to ask about a noise restriction, the team member mentioned that there was no one at the front desk....(there is no front desk). We called about a lock being on the ice machine. The team member would check with the rest of his team and find out what is going on. I called an hour later, got another team member who knew nothing about the lock, but he would find out. After several minutes, he told me to go to another ice machine. I did, but it was also locked.
