The location was convenient to the arena and all the waterside attractions in downtown Norfolk. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good. The staff was amazing. Brett was outstanding, friendly and attentive. He was always busy helping other guests and helping clean up during breakfast. All in all, the stay was exceptional.

Overall a nice hotel. My only criticism is the lack of parking most hotels have one parking spot per room. In addition, the staff did not inform me of available public parking 2 blocks away. They simply said find a parking spot on the street.

The location of this property is great- convenient to the waterfront district and Duval street. What really stands out is the service! Everyone we encountered was kind, friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The drinks at the pool were spot on and the happy hour special was a deal. Would stay here again and will recommend to anyone looking for a great, affordable hotel in Old Town. I also like the tip at the end philosophy versus tipping the entire trip- the envelope in the room is a great idea that I wish more places did. Thanks again for a great vacation!

We stayed here for 2 nights. Had a wonderful stay. Our room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with fresh bakery items brought in daily. Vey convenient area, in walking distance to Duvall Street within 3 or blocks and in a very quite area. Property was very clean, well maintained nice having 2 pools and a bar outside of the pool area. Parking is on this street, can be challenge, but both times we used the car, we were able to find parking on block. Staff was friendly and we were able to check in earlier. The pool closed at 8, but could still sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere. Definitely would stay here again.

I was amazed at how friendly and helpful all the staff were toward us. At check in we were shown to room and made sure everything was OK. Breakfast was lite and refreshing to start the day. Pool area was clean and attended to everyday. Seating and chairs were in good shape and comfortable. Bar at pool area was amazing. Street parkin was easy to find and staff helped. Easy walk to all the different locations at Key West. We would gladly stay at Bishop again.

This is the best boutique hotel we’ve visited in the last several years! The staff is super accommodating and the room was awesomely clean with a refreshingly simple yet Key West contemporary decor. We will definitely return!

The staff was top shelf. The room needs a little bit of work. With just a little bit of sprucing up, room 24 will be absolutely perfect. The towel rack in the bathroom is peeling; it needs to be replaced. The tile in the shower; clean the grout. That’s it!

It was a very pleasant place to stay. Clean rooms and very comfortable bed. Loved sitting right outside our door and having breakfast around the pool, I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers to key West.
