Our room had absolutely NO window to see out of. The two windows that were in our room were completely covered with opaque film that was not removable!!!!

I loved the location and grounds of the hotel. and the oceanfront and pools.....the landscaping was nicely done. I finally ended up with a nicely located room which met my expectations.... included breakfast was above average..... Dislikes: was first offered a room on a second floor - 14 steps and no elevator....I thought it would be okay but it wasn't. Also the room had no phone. Before I was brought up there, they should have asked if that was acceptable. Also the floors in the room were never washed - just dusted - and they were filthy. And the door to my room did not close properly. I had to use two hands to close the door. I complained about both and neither were fixed/washed.

The staff was neither helpful nor concerned with questions or issues. We basically were not able to use the pool facilities at all during our stay as they were over capacity (all for an additional $60/day). Our room was not serviced 2 nights. Very disappointed in our stay!

Location was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. Insufficient loungers and umbrellas for the number of guests, people shouldn’t have to stress over getting some shade when you’re paying this much for a hotel. My wife contacted the hotel to see if we could get a room with a view as it was a special occasion. They responded to say we had a balcony room but we could upgrade for a fee. The balcony was really a shared sitting area on an exterior hallway overlooking the street so we opted to pay for an upgrade to get close to the beach. Even the upgraded room had a “shared hallway balcony”where we found people sitting most mornings and throughout the day so we didn’t get to enjoy the view that we paid the upgrade fee for. And it was hard to ignore because our door had a 2” gap at the bottom so it sounded like those people were literally inside our room. Coffee window beside the bar was great but service at the restaurant left a lot to be desired with lunch taking 1-1/2 hrs, although the food was good. Overall I was quite disappointed.

Loved the property however not a fan of $43 a day parking fee and additional $60 resort fee. Add it up. I was also charged the parking fee when i told them i didn't have a car and whens checked when I got home I needed to get refund no problem done quick.

They over charged my credit card, it was supposed to be $60 a day in resort fees, but they charged 160.00for 2 nights. There was a lot of foliage in the pool, they said we could have a late check out then charged us for another night. They never gave me an email or print out of extra charges.

Resort had a beach and three pools. Many resorts in Key West do not have a beach. Very clean. Good dining in area or short taxi cab ride. Vehicle rentals close by. Had high winds but could still swim and enjoy the vacation.

Front desk staff was rude. Room had a dead cockroach. They did not apologize for it and hesitated for room change. Plus room was nothing like the picture, small, and unclean.
