Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The property was on the 3rd floor. It was obviously corporate owned with the minimum furnishings and accessories. The keypad functioned poirly and it took two long calls to find a code that worked for the door. Then the door was opened after we were gone for the day and it was found unlocked when we returned. While the price might have been good for the are it was still priced more than it was worth to us. The t.v. in the master bedroom would not work for the first day. The vacasa company gave us a very minor adjustment for all the problems. I will never rent from them again.

Highly recommend

The condo was perfect with plenty of room. Conveniently located to everything and within minutes of Smathers beach. There’s also a convenient store located within walking distance from the condo that has everything you may need.

A good time had by all

Clean, could use a new coat of white paint, quiet neighborhood, nice view of the sunset. Very nice master bed, and great hide-a-bed in the couch for the littles. Could use the water controls in both bathrooms redone as it's either super-hot or cold, no in-between; lil market extremely close to the property is very convenient. The outside pool is warm (being from Oregon, it felt AMAZING), the air in the apartment worked great and felt great to come into out of the heat. Plenty of glassware. The Sliding door to the balcony could at very least use some lithium grease on its rail as it's quite difficult to open. Comparable to paying for two hotel rooms, but was much better for our family trip than being seperated. An overall good time was enjoyed by our party.

Good condo for the price

Condo needed some TLC. Sliding door did not slide well or close well. Interior doors were not clean. Instructions did not include what we might need like trash bags, salt and pepper, extra paper towels. Only 1 set of towels for 2 adults for a week in bedroom 2. 2 sets for 2 adults in bedroom 1. Only 3 dishwasher cubes for 4 adults for a week. Overall a good week.

the resort was very nice the only issue we had was the noise from the construction on the ground floor by the elevator. was unable to enjoy the balcony during the day. the airport noise you got adjusted to but the construction noise was very anoying. should i rent again i would check to see if any type of work was being done. was happy they didn't work on the weekend.

If your group have more than 1 car this is not recommended

I am very dissatisfied with this booking, first I want to highlight that if I had known before that it is only a parking space for 1 car, for a room of 6 people I would not reserve wit, I think you should emphasize on the main post that is only 1 parking permit!, the day before my check in they (Vacasa) sent me an email with the description of the stay and I was able to find out that there was only one parking permit, I contacted them right away! The person who helped me told me that it is actually only a parking permit, I told him that there are 3 vehicles, the person told me that the other two cars could park in an undesignated place, therefore I left confident! But when my day of stay arrives, my fear sets in because there are notices in the place to tow vehicles if it is not authorized! So I contacted Vacasa again, and the lady who treated me very rudely and unempathetically simply told me that I had no solution with the other 2 vehicles, with the stress of not sleeping and with fear that the vehicles would be towed, I called Vacasa again. vacasa, the next person was able to locate a parking lot where I could park with fear too, because the parking space belongs to another hotel, in conclusion I came to de-stress and with you I added more stress thank you

Loved the pool and grounds, Vacasa was great

We loved the pool and grounds, property has a cute bridge over a pond full of turtles and also has an area for dogs. Vacasa of FL was super responsive with issues we had, so quick and friendly! The condo itself really really needs a remodel. The condo was clean but not much the cleaner can do about the dirty old carpet. If you need to vacation on a budget this condo is ok but you get what you pay for.
