“The property was so great for our visit to Mt Rushmore, Keystone, Custer state Park and Crazy Horse, Needles Highway. So quiet after full days of tourism. It’s called the Master Suite. Wow I wish my bedroom at home was this. So Beautiful Comfortable and perfect for two people. We had a wonderful vacation. Thank you”

“Location is great! Delicious restaurant right behind (Colonial House). Subway on the other side, Sonic across the street and gas station and Walgreens near by. As well as a grocery store. The road this place is on will take you right out of town to all the Hot tourist attractions! Apartment was great. Kitchenette, full size fridge. Box fan in the room was a Great Touch! Water pressure in the shower was Great! The Check in process was something I've never experienced before. You punch in a code……

“If you’re looking for a place to stay in Hill City and you have a small family of 4 or less and you’re on a budget, this is a great little place to stay. The beds were super comfortable and it had all of the amenities that we needed for our stay. Plus, if you want to literally be within walking distance of everything, restaurants, souvenir shops, candy shops, etc., it’s all within walking distance. The pizzeria Mangiamo’s has great pizza and pasta and is right across the street and the 1880……

“The stay was perfect for our plans. The location is fantastic for multiple reasons, but our stay it was perfect to access national parks and get to downtown for food and shopping. It was easy to get back to the interstate to continue our journey as well. The bed was comfortable and couch in the living room was as well. We found it a bit odd that the air conditioner was only in one room, but fortunately it did not affect our comfort in the bedroom. It was powerful enough to get the job done.”
