Spacious Luxury Townhouse/Private Hot Tub/Private Patio with Grill

Welcome to this stunning 4 bedroom home with a private hot tub and majestic mountain views! The bright and open living room features vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and leather furniture. There is a large private patio off of the living room which features outdoor dining table with seating 5 people, and stunning views of River Run.

The newly updated kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and seating for 8 at the dining table with an additional 2 seats at the breakfast bar. After a long day of skiing, relax in the private hot tub situated on the front patio. There is also a private washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience and a heated garage. 

The bright primary bedroom features a king sized bed, large windows, and a flat screen TV. The en suite primary bathroom features double sinks, a large soaking tub, and a standing shower. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The third and fourth bedrooms feature twin over twin bunk beds, a queen-sized bed, and an en suite bathroom with a sink and shower/tub combination. The loft provides additional sleeping arrangements with a queen sleeper sofa and a twin-sized bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. 

When you're ready to hit the slopes just pick up the quick 5 min shuttle bus, located steps from this home, or walk 10 minutes to the Mountain House base area. We recently stayed at this property with a total of 3 families. We did not have a good experience staying here unfortunately.-The entire 3rd floor was very hot at night, with the temperature up to 83 degrees. The handles to open the windows are broken and so there is not even an option to try to get airflow to the upstairs floor. The family sleeping up there barely slept. We were also concerned that there would be no fire exit from this bedroom. We were eventually told we could push the windows out for airflow, but it felt like we were breaking the windows to do this.-Most of the window handles all around the house are broken, so we couldn’t open them.-The garage is very short and unable to accommodate larger vehicles. One of our cars is a larger truck, so we didn’t expect to fit that, but the other 2 vehicles were not oversized and no cars fit under the garage clearance. It seems like the listing should at least mention the height restrictions or that it will not accommodate some cars.-The listing of the property stated there is a grill, so we planned our meals around using a grill. There is no grill on site.-The family staying on the first floor had issues with bugs. One person woke up with a small cockroach on her arm and later a spider.Although the property management company responded to my concerns, they did not solve the problems or compensate for any of the issues we had. They did provide an electric grill on the second night, which we were thankful for.

Needs a big update

This property is older, and worn out. Floors old, tables damaged. Carpets trashed. For the price, it should have been better. And zero kitchen amenities above the absolute minimum provided. No cookie oil, no salt and pepper...nothing. I won't stay here again.

Good stay with friends

Plenty of space for my birthday celebration! The hot tub was broken the first night and one of my friends fixed it before maintenance could get there the second day of our short stay. Overall great time and easy walk to the lifts at keystone.

Good for large group, some hiccups

It's a great price and location for skiing in the area! We stayed here with a group of friends. For future guests, here are a few things to note: Communication with the property manager/host was prompt, but sometimes lacking or confusing. We were given the wrong key code at first, so we had to text to ask for the correct one. We also received some confusing texts about payments that made us confused about what we owed. Garage has room for 2 cars but the roof is very low. We were able to carefully fit our SUVs that had ski racks on it, as long as we took the skis off first. Hot tub has room for about 3 people, so if you're a large group you'll have to take turns. Coffee that's provided in the VRBO is only enough for 1 morning for our group (and half our group are not coffee drinkers), so you'll have to buy more if you want more. Knives were very dull, so bring your own if you want to cook a lot. Temperature in the main bedroom was much colder than the rest of the house, but there didn't seem to be a thermostat that could change that.

Comfortable but not luxury

Clean and comfortable. A little outdated. Perfect for our group of 8. Nice large dining room table. Perfect for meals and playing games. Plenty of options for sleeping arrangements. More than enough bathrooms. The jacuzzi was very small, not great for a group. We had to take turns.

Great Property For Group

property needs deep cleaning - we spent the first day cleaning

property needs deep cleaning, mold in bathroom, mold in washing machine, dryer did not heat properly. The bedding all needs to be replaced: pillows, bedding and mattress, they are all stained. I washed all bedding and stains came out. Empty bottles found under beds. Carpets very dirty. Ice maker did not work. Kitchen was dirty and hood fan was very greasy and dusty. The property location is great but definitely needs much attention. I can send pictures if needed.

Great place, close to the slopes

Great place close enough to keystone mountain to walk. We had some concerns about the cleanliness from recent reviews, but were pleasantly surprised that it was very clean. There are definitely cosmetic maintenance issues that need to be addressed, but overall we were very happy with the stay!

Great spot

We stayed here with our bridal party for our wedding and it was great for a big group. Check in was easy. Only thing was that it definitely smelled like smokers had previously stayed there which made it feel like it could have been a bit cleaner. Otherwise it was a good spot in Keystone.

Great visit!

Wonderful condo! We had a great stay with our family - grandparents, kids and grandchildren. The condo was very spacious with room for everyone to have their own space, clean and beautiful views. Each room has its own bathroom and the hot tub was a bonus. It was nice to have a 2 car garage and additional parking space. Perfect location, there are a few restaurants within walking distance and River Run Village is a very short drive away. We would stay here again!

Disappointing Review: Garage ceiling was leaking and bulging. Entry way was dirty. Deck with grill on was full of snow and it was thawing causing the garage to have a leak. The shower floors were not clean. The rugs in the bathrooms look like they weren't even shaken. They needed to be washed, When we have to pay a cleaning fee I would expect it to be clean when we come in. We all adjusted and cleaned as needed to stay there. Again will not recommend or use again! Bed linen appeared dirty we washed some of the linen to make it sleep able. Primary Issue: There were issues with more than one of these

Pictures make it appear better than it is.

While the heat worked well and there was enough room for us, the rest was very disappointing. Hot tub only large enough to fit one or two people. Decor old and worn a not kept up. We could not park in the garage with a ski rack and had to park next to an huge snow pile where the plows from the parking lot next door left the snow. So hard to get in and out of the car and couldn’t park in the garage. Plus the garage door needs to be fixed (the bottom is warped and contributing to the lack of access). Overall the place was just very old and neglected. The amount we paid was about three times what I would have paid for such accommodations. I would rate this a 2 star accommodation. We do not plan on booking this one again. I recommend to lower the price since it is over priced for what it is.

My immediate family and extended family had a lovely time staying here. It was so close to the ski shuttle to keystone and ski rental store. We had a great weekend filled with joy and laughter. Wonderful property.

Thanksgiving Get-A-Way

My family and I (husband, 3 daughters and their husband's, and 6 grandkids ages 8 years to 7 months old) decided to spend the holiday in the mountains. The property was perfect for the 14 of us. Enough good sized bedrooms for all the adults with comfortable beds, plus the loft which the older kids loved sleeping in. The location was good ~ close to Keystone village with shops, restaurants and a playground. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving meal. The hot tub was a nice bonus! The kitchen was a little small for 14 of us, but we managed. Recommend providing more than one dish towel and dish cloth. Definitely recommend this townhome.

Nice weekend in Keystone

The property was a great choice for our large group of 10 adults with its 4 separate bedroom/bathroom suites. Very nice kitchen area as well. We were a bit worried about road noise since the condo backs up to the road but it was not too bad.

Great Family Reunion Location

The location of this property was perfect for our mini family reunion of 3 families from CA, CO, and NE. It was just over a half a mile to the Keystone Village where we attended the Bacon and Bourbon Fest. There was plenty of room for all of us to cook and host large family dinners every night. Hiking, golf, shopping., and restaurants were all conveniently located in Keystone and the surrounding towns. We had an amazing time!
