“Beim Check in stand kein Behindertenparklatz zur Verfügung und man hätte vom anderen Parkplatz als schwer Gehbehinderter 36 Stufen oder mehrere hundert Meter gehen müssen. Erst nach Androhung dass wir nicht einchecken wurde für einen Parkplatz gesorgt. Massagetermine wurden falsch eingetragen, sodass statt 6 nur 2 Massagen gemacht werden konnten. Whirlpool war nicht in Betrieb. Hotel ist komplett renovierungsbedürftig. Abdeckung von den Heizkörperverbauten fehlt, alles voll Spinnweben. Teppich……

A comfortable stay if there is no noisy kids
"A new, clean hotel with great view in the quiet area. The wellness center is great especially the outside Jacuzzi. The room is quite clean and comfortable. The dinner is good but the breakfast is in the average. The restaurant and the pool area are very noisy where full of children’s crying and screaming."
