Guests have full access to the Kingfisher Bay Resort Village facilities, including four swimming pools (one heated), a spa, and various food and beverage outlets. Keys can be collected from a lock box at the villa (no keys are available via the resort reception).

The island is accessible by ferry/barge and can be made through Sealink K'gari. Although walkable, for someone with medium fitness, a 2WD vehicle is recommended to get around the resort. A 4WD vehicle is recommended to see all that K'gari offers. Telstra and Optus reception available at the villa. Free parking is available outside the villa.
