“Villa環境一流，裝修都好新，屋整體都乾淨，不過響樓上廁所發現有2隻曱甴。屋入面其中一個風筒有問題，一開就有火花，同職員講但冇理會。住係冇問題，我住左兩日，經常都會有人隨時入屋，明明冇約時間食早餐，9點有個男人開門入黎話接你，轉頭又有人開門補水，又話補廁紙，總之成日都有人自出自入，好冇私隱。”

“The communication with this host is not good. It made check in a little frustrating. However, the villa is very nice and new. My only complaint is there is a washer but no dryer. To make it worse, there no designation to air dry our clothes either. We had to gather all the hangers in all the closets and dry them randomly around and outside of the villa. “The host is amazing and extremely helpful to cater for everything requested. The property is literally opposite the most central point of Nha Trang beach with all restaurants and fun spots within very short walking distance. The difference in the stay was totally due to the host Ms Nhi who goes the extra mile to make your trip as pleasurable and comfortable as possible. We visited twice and both times had an amazing stay with have absolutely nothing to complain about.”

“The hotel was good but I found it annoying that they insist on you using their app to book activities and order food but they do not have WiFi around the property. Only in the main lobby. So unless you bought a Vietnam sim or have your own WiFi you cannot use the app. I suggest they improve WiFi around property if they insist on customers using the app. Additionally we booked a room that slept 4 and had a bed and sofa bed in the photos.
