I greatly appreciated the high level of privacy and security provided, which significantly contributed to my overall satisfaction during my stay. While I thoroughly enjoyed my time at your hotel, I would like to bring to your attention a minor issue regarding the inconsistency of water pressure in the shower. There were instances where the water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, which could be improved to ensure a more comfortable showering experience. I believe that addressing this issue will further enhance the already outstanding facilities and services provided by your establishment. 酒店員工態度熱情友善，酒店環境充滿大自然氣息，令人可以身心放鬆的享受假期，酒店提供的早餐也十分豐富，但是酒店位置比較偏遠，（基本上入咗酒店都唔會再出返去）

Staff were super friendly and helpful, the infinity pool is amazing. We had a good time and enjoy it so much in the resort.
