“チェックイン期限時間に到着したが、親切に対応してもらえた。 室内はとても清潔で過しやすい。 リビングは広くないがくつろぐには十分。 トイレは3つあり、内2つはシャワー併設。 水圧は低めだが、このクラスのホテルと同等。”

“Firstly the inside staff are nice and friendly. But this hotel has limited parking and it’s cramped. They accepted USD as equivalent security deposit which was good. The hotel is bit cramped and there are better hotels around penang, if you want to check that out. The staff ensures the room is in good condition before you leave which might irate some customers Who are not used to that. Overall all not bad. ”

“入住這酒店必備3樣東西： 1/衣夾 2/按金RM50 3/包裝胶紙 4/大容量水樽，或自購飲品 訂酒店前看評語說酒店房間有渠味，相信可能酒店正全面翻新後情況會全完改善，當到達酒店地下大堂，已嗅到！到房間也有這氣味，在半夜用己用過的浴帽封住廁所旁的去水位並用包装胶纸完全封密，這樣在入住的4天裹氣味就較少。 房間窗簾装飾用途多於遮光，衣夾用來夾住中間漏光部份，但2邊位無法處理，只好蒙頭大睡！ 要準備按金RM50。 房間沒有免費水供應只有兩隻水杯，要到房間外走廊水機取水 ，飲水量大要自備水樽接水， 感覺相當不方便。”

“I stayed there for 2 days. The overall conditions of my room were fair. The toilet of my room was dirty and wallpaper was broken. Some sinks system were out of order. The room seemed so old even though new printing recently.”

“Stayed in the family and friends suite. Biggest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Family loved it. Very convenient water dispenser. Hot, cold and warm water. Roomy bathroom with tub and shower. Close enough to Ipoh center. Far enough to be quiet and peaceful. ”

“This hotel is located in old town Ipoh, it does not have a lift or WiFi so it is fairly inconvenient. But the room and the bathroom is clean and tidy. It doesn't have much but it is reasonable. The location is key and that is all it matters.”

“Horrible hôtel accolé a une boîte de nuit, le comble ils nous donnent des boules caisses ! On a rien dormi... Isolation phonique nulle on entend tout de partout. Accueil expéditif. Serviette de toilettes non incluses. Pas de drap juste une couverture nid d'abeille fournie. Propreté ok on rentre pieds nus. Proche centre ville. Attention parking devant est payant, personne ne nous l'a dit résultats on a eu une amende . Bref mauvaise expérience ”
