This house has smart ducted air conditioning and heating throughout for your ultimate comfort year round.
The space
The epitome of Popular Villa is a grand family home in the perfect space to entertain, unwind, and explore. Features of this home include huge Pella windows with western exposure, central heating and cooling, and a convenient washer/dryer hook-up. Beyond a functional entryway space, the home flows into a luminous, open- concept living, dining, and kitchen area.
